Week 3 – Burnout & Depletion

Understand adrenal fatigue through both modern science and Ayurvedic Ojas depletion.

You’ll learn:
• Signs of nervous system dysregulation
• Why exhaustion isn’t laziness
• How burnout affects digestion, mood, and sleep

• Self-Abhyanga (Ayurvedic oil massage)

Week 4 – Emotional Detox
