They can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, and induce a meditative state. Some people also report experiencing enhanced creativity, improved focus, and a deeper sense of self-awareness during and after a sound bath.

You are welcome to bring your own water bottle, yoga mat, pillow and blanket, however we have extras if needed.
