Yoga Teacher Training - 200HR

Upon successful completion, you will receive an official Skylit Ayurveda Academy Yoga Teacher Certification.

This certification affirms your deep understanding of yogic philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology, along with the practical experience needed to lead classes with confidence and integrity. It prepares you to teach in yoga studios, wellness centers, retreats, or to develop your own authentic teaching practice rooted in the principles of Ayurveda and mindful living.

Successful graduates will be able to obtain Yoga Alliance membership and pursue various teaching opportunities.

Classes are taught online via Zoom with online access to material via Google Classroom. In person practices are optional as needed.

Class structure:

1. Theory - some online via Zoom. All classes will be recorded and a link to view it again will be sent at the end of each session for your review. The recordings will be available to view up until the end of your course. 
2. Practical - in person. Location: Skylit Ayurveda Center
