Yoga Teacher Training - 200HR

Our 200 Hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course empowers you to:

become a Certified Yoga Teacher in any public domain you choose 

OR simply wish to obtain knowledge on starting or 

deepening your own practice.

Successful graduates will be able to obtain Yoga Alliance membership and pursue various teaching opportunities.

• Classes will be a combination of both interactive online sessions and in-studio participation.
• Limit of 9 students per session. 
• There is no pre-requisite required to enroll in 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.

Class structure:

1. Theory - some online via Zoom. All classes will be recorded and a link to view it again will be sent at the end of each session for your review. The recordings will be available to view up until the end of your course. 
2. Practical - in person. Location: Skylit Ayurveda Center

Registration: $4,000

To be officially registered into the course, a non-refundable deposit of $500 is required be paid.
