A Death Doula provides compassionate, non-medical support before, during and after death. My role is not to replace doctors, nurses or hospice care, but to walk alongside individuals and families, offering guidance, education, comfort and a calm, grounded presence throughout the journey.
Every experience is unique, and every family deserves support that honours their values, wishes and beliefs.
The end of life is one of the most profound experiences we will ever face—whether it is our own journey or that of someone we love. It can bring uncertainty, difficult decisions, overwhelming emotions and questions that often have no easy answers.

My role is not to take over.
It is to walk beside you.
To answer questions honestly.
To help you prepare emotionally and practically.
To create moments of peace amidst uncertainty.
To support the individual who is dying while also caring for those who love them.
Whether our time together is brief or extends over many months, my intention is always the same—to help make this journey feel less overwhelming and more deeply supported.

For over 30 years, I have walked alongside people through illness, caregiving, healing, grief and the end of life. Long before becoming a certified Death Doula, I worked as a nurse's aide in hospitals, long-term care and palliative care, where I witnessed the profound courage, love and humanity that exist during life's final chapter. This work has never been about death alone. It has always been about honouring life. I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard and supported, and every family deserves a compassionate guide who can help bring calm, clarity and dignity to a time that often feels uncertain. Being a Death Doula is not about having all the answers. It is about being fully present for the questions, the emotions and the moments that matter most.
Whether you are planning ahead, supporting someone you love or navigating the end-of-life journey yourself, you do not have to do it alone. I would be honoured to walk beside you with compassion, presence and care.
~ with love
