A ceremonial process where we invoke the healing properties of Mother Nature's 4 elements.  Prithvi (Earth), Vayu (Air), Agni (Fire) and Jal/apas (Water) in aur sacred Akasha (Ether) to bring balance to an individual's life and mind.

Earth element: Healing crystals are arranged cermoniously thoughout the body pertaining to each chakra.

Fire element: Smuding sequence with our Kashmiri rose dhoop sticks invokes the fire element to burn that which no longer serves you.

Air element - Peacock feather fanning to remove any energetic debris. Vedic culture view Peacocks as symbols of beauty, glory and wisdom.

Water - Your Ritual of scent choice (floral water) is sprayed generously invoking the water element to cleanse and purify.

Ending in a Sound bath of Indian bells to raise your vibration.

A  smudging process with our Kashmir Rose hoop sticks to cleanse each energy opening of the body. out with the old, in with the new.
