• Module 2: Abhyanga (60 hours)
• Module 3: Indian Head Massage (50 hours)
• Module 4: Chakra balancing Massage (40 hours)
• Module 5: Vibrational Sound Massage (100 hours)
• Module 6: Shirodhara (60 hours)
• Module 7: Marma Massage (60 hours)
• Module 8: Ethics & etiquettes (10 hours)
• Module 9: Relational Aid - understanding the laws and regulations of the field (10 hours)

Total: 500 hours

Materials & Resources:

All instructional materials will be provided. Materials to start your own practice may involve the following: a massage table, oils or creams, sound equipment, towels and sheets, a pillow, oil warmer, towel warmer. * Details for acquiring necessary materials for your practice will be discussed in the course and sold at our location.

Assessment:

All courses have required readings, homework and successful completion of practical and theory exams. Each module will consist of

1. Theory : Written exam (includes 1 case study)
2. Practical - Practice sessions  *Our massage room + equipment can be available for rental.

To be officially registered into the course, a non-refundable deposit of $444 is required be paid.

1. Theory - All theory classes are pre-recorded with online access that will be dripped on a weekly basis. There will be one Zoom group session at the end of each module.  The recordings will be available to view up until the end of your course. 
2. Practical - practice sessions can be viewed by recorded video online or in person. Location: Skylit Ayurveda Center, 10384B Gouin Blvd. O, Pierrefonds, QC H8Y3N8
   

Courteous and respectful behavior, attitude and speech is required at all times. The establishing of a proper meditative environment is an essential component to all Ayurvedic treatments.

On completion of this course you will receive a Ayurvedic Massage Therapist certificate from the Institute Skylit Ayurveda  and also be eligible to join ACAM - l'Association Can-American des massothérapeutes
